Applicant should be a beneficiary of Basic Retirement Pension.

1. Application Form 
2. A copy of National Identity Card (NIC)
3. A copy of Passport details (both local and foreign)

Application may be registered at the Social Security Office nearest to the applicant’s locality.

For beneficiaries who are abroad, application may be submitted to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry.
