1. Payable to beneficiaries of Social Aid in case of death of the beneficiary, of his spouse or of any of his dependent children.
2. Payable also to beneficiaries of Basic Pensions who would have qualified for Social Aid in the absence of the Basic Pension.
3. The Funeral grant is payable to the person who has incurred the funeral expenses.
