Payable to a person on reaching retirement age or at any time between age of 60 and retirement age and who has contributed to the National Pension Fund.

1. Birth Certificate;
2. National Identity Card;
3. Marriage Certificate (for married women); and
4. Bank Account Number and name of bank in Mauritius.
5. Any utility bill.
