Payable to a widower whose late spouse had contributed to the National Pension Fund (NPF); and as long as the widower is alive and has not contracted a subsequent marriage.

1. Birth Certificate;
2. National Identity Card;
3. Marriage Certificate;
4. Death Certificate of spouse; and
5. Bank Account Number and name of bank in Mauritius.
6. Proof of address (any utility bill)
