Payable to an applicant, other than a beneficiary of a Basic Pension (BIP, BWP, BRP), who as a result of any sickness or accident certified by an approved Medical Practitioner is incapable of earning adequately his livelihood and has insufficient means to support himself and his dependents.

1. National Identity Card of claimant/spouse and of children aged 18 and above
2. Birth Certificate of claimant/ spouse/children
3. Marriage Certificate
4. Medical Certificate
5. Certificate of School Attendance for children attending school
6. Bank Account Number
7. Proof of address
8. Rent book if any
9. Memo from employer/ Payslip

Application may be registered at the Social Security Office nearest to the applicant’s locality.
