1. Paid to beneficiaries of Basic Retirement Pensions who would have qualified for Social Aid in absence of their basic pension; and to Social Aid beneficiaries .
2. Subject to monthly Household Income not exceeding Rs 35,000 (including income of ascendants and unmarried children)

1. National Identity Card of claimant/Proxy/spouse
2. Birth Certificate of claimant /spouse
3. Marriage Certificate
4. Birth certificate and Identity cards of household members 
5. Prescription from registered Dentist
6. Receipt from dentist
