Payable to beneficiaries of the Invalid’s Basic Pension who have contributed to the National Pensions Fund before the claim. 

1. Birth Certificate;
2. National Identity Card (of applicant and proxy, if applicable); and
3. Bank Account Number and name of bank in Mauritius.
4. Any utility Bill.
