Payable to beneficiaries of Basic Orphan’s Pension whose parents (anyone of them) have ever contributed to the National Pension Fund.

1. Birth Certificate (of orphan and guardian);
2. Death Certificate of parents;
3. National Identity Card (of orphan and guardian);
4. Marriage Certificate of guardian, if applicable; and
5. Bank Account Number and name of bank of guardian, if any.
