1. The applicant shall be in receipt of either Invalid’s Basic Pension or the Basic Retirement Pension and would have qualified for Social Aid in absence of the basic benefit and;
2. The applicant, his spouse or any of his dependent shall be suffering from incontinence and be bedridden as certified by an approved Medical Practitioner or;
3. Those applicants who suffer from incontinence but who are not bedridden may also be eligible provided that they suffer from cancer of prostate/bladder, Alzheimer’s diseases, stroke or severe spinal cord trauma.

1. National Identity Card of claimant, Proxy, spouse and dependent children aged above 18.
2. Birth Certificate of claimant, spouse and dependent children.
3. Medical Certificate.
4. Payslip and/or Pension slip.
