Social Aid to Women whose Partner is: (i) Hospitalised (ii) Serving a term of Imprisonment/ Detained in legal custody (iii) Missing or Dead but was not civilly warried
Shall be unable to earn her livelihood.
- National Identity Card of claimant
- Birth Certificate of claimant/children
- Certificate of School attendance for children attending school
- Bank Account Number
- Proof of address
- Rent Book if any
- Payslip/ Memo from employer if any
- Medical Certifificate
- Certificate of Conviction
- Memo from Police
Application may be registered at the Social Security Office nearest to the applicant’s locality.
