Orphan's Industrial Injury Allowance (Industrial Accident)
(a) ELIGIBILITY
Payable to orphans whose parents die after an industrial accident.
(b) AMOUNT PAYABLE
7.5 per cent of the insurable salary of any of the deceased parent.
(c) DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED
(i) Birth Certificate
(ii) National Identity Card
(iii) Death Certificate of deceased employee
(iv) Bank Account Number and name of bank
