aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1461\"><ol><li>Payable to beneficiaries of Social Aid in case of death of the beneficiary, of his spouse or of any of his dependent children.<\/li><li>Payable also to beneficiaries\u00a0of Basic Pensions who would have qualified for Social Aid in the absence of the Basic Pension.<\/li><li>The Funeral grant is payable to the person who has incurred the
