  1. The applicant shall be in receipt of either Invalid’s Basic Pension or the Basic Retirement Pension and would have qualified for Social Aid in absence of the basic benefit and;<\/li>
  2. The applicant, his spouse or any of his dependent shall be suffering from incontinence and be bedridden as certified by an approved Medical Practitioner or;<\/li>
  3. Those applicants who suffer from incontinence but who are not bedridden may also be eligible provided that they suffer from cancer of prostate\/bladder, Alzheimer’s diseases, stroke or severe spinal cord trauma.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
